BEHAVIOUR PROBLEMS
From excessive barking to nerves, chewing, soiling in the house or pulling on the lead. Whatever the problem, K9 Solutions can help you. I will come to your house, carry out a full assessment of the dog and the problem and leave you with a modification programme to follow. Consultations usually lasts 1 to 1½ hours - €50 per consultation

PUPPY CONSULTATIONS
How you treat your dog as a puppy will determine the kind of adult he will become. These sessions are designed to help you through all aspects of rearing your new addition. Areas covered include training, socialising, house-training, chewing, mouthing & any other worries you may have - €50 per consultation

ONE ON ONE TRAINING PACKAGES
Whether you want to train your dog yourself, have me come & train him for you or a combination of the two, give me a call. From basic obedience to a more advanced level, or simply concentrating on his manners or behaviour in general, my kind methods are guaranteed to produce a well-trained dog that genuinely enjoys behaving himself! Training packages are offered in 6 or 12 session courses, are designed by you, the owner, and are held at your own premises, or at a location of your choice.
6 session training package - €180, 12 session training package - €300

DOGGY PLAY GROUP Come along to my doggy play group where the dogs socialise & have fun and the owners ...... well, the owners do the same! A relaxed & laid back afternoon with no training involved, just playing, socialising & having fun. The perfect place to bring a friendly dog to make new friends & learn vital social skills.

Play Groups are held three times per month at my training area in Tala & every Saturday in Limassol & you do not have to be an existing K9 Solutions customer to attend. The Play Group lasts 1 hour. First Aid Kit & Anti Poison kit on site at all times. €5 entry fee per household

PET SITTING
Have the peace of mind of being able to leave your animals in their own environment when you go on holiday, knowing they're in the safe hands of a qualified & experienced professional.

Your dog’s usual routine will be followed to ensure the minimum of stress and upheaval to him in your absence.

€10 per visit - 1, 2 or 3 visits per day (Subject to area)

DOG WALKING
For those people who work full time or where circumstances stop them from giving their dog the daily exercise he needs
From €5 per walk. Subject to area & amount of exercise required. Please get in touch for a personal quotation.

*** NEW *** DOGGY DAY CARE Whether it's for a hospital appointment, a family day out or that you have friends over visiting & don't want to have to rush back for the dog, Doggy Day Care is a service to suit everybody's needs. From 5 hour stays to 12 hour stays, your dog can be left in a safe environment, with play times and walks included in the price.

For friendly dogs they can play and interact with other friendly dogs, but we can also cater for anti social, elderly or overly nervous dogs too in our purpose built dog runs.

Prices:

* ½ a day (up to 5 hours) – €7 per day including 1 walk

* Full day (up to 10 hours) – €12 per day including 3 walks

* Extended full day (12 hours – 7am – 7pm) – €15 per day including 3 walks and an evening meal

* Subject to terms & conditions and availability. Prices are based on 1 dog, please get in touch for a price on multiple dogs.

*** NOW AVAILABLE *** ENCLOSED & SECURE EXERCISE / PLAY AREA FOR HIRE For those of us who are worried about snake bites, traffic and poison, or who have a dog that is unreliable off lead so you're unable to give them a proper, invaluable off lead run, now for hire is a fully enclosed and secure exercise / play area in Tala, Paphos & Episkopi, Limassol.

Approximately 25 x 35 metres in size
Fully enclosed and secure with 5 feet high fencing
Available with or without agility equipment set up
First aid kit & anti poison kit on site at all times
Drinking water and toy box provided for the dogs
Sheltered seating area & additional seating provided for owners
Also available for events such as doggy birthday parties or barbeques where dogs are welcome but need to be contained

€10 per hour with or without agility equipment

CANINE PSYCHOLOGY & DOG TRAINING SEMINARS

Many of you have a great interest in dog psychology and dog training and spend many an evening watching the Dog Whisperer, Its Me Or The Dog, Dog Borstal and the like. These programmes are great entertainment but for the person who genuinely wants to learn about dogs and learn to understand or train their own dog better then they're not so helpful as they're edited with entertainment in mind.

What I aim to achieve with my seminars is to produce an interesting and educational two hour programme covering a variety of popular themes. You don't have to own a dog to attend, you may just have a real interest in learning more about what makes Man's Best Friend behave the way they do. There are 3 seminar options covering 3 different subjects, which I've detailed below.

Seminar Subjects:

Puppy Power - This seminar covers everything from choosing the correct puppy, right through to teething and everything inbetween, including typical problems such as toilet training, chewing and socialisation. Useful to anyone thinking of getting a puppy or who already has a pup up to 4 - 5 months of age.

An Introduction To Canine Psychology - In this seminar you will learn, amongst other things, how your dog perceives things, how your own behaviour can affect your dogs, spotting and dealing with dominance and how to become the leader of your pack. Useful to any dog owner with a dog of any age, breed or behaviour problem.

An Introduction To Training - For those of you who are interested in the training side of things, but can't seem to achieve what you want, this seminar covers the psychology behind training your dog, different methods and training tools to use and many tips on training both obedience and tricks.

The seminars will be approximately 2 hours long and will include a short question and answer session at the end. Each seminar will be capped at 10 places so book early to avoid disappointment.

€25 per person, per 2 hour seminar and includes a pack for you to take home relevant to the seminar you're attending and a discount voucher for future use.

Thanks for the seminar. I found it very useful and picked up some good points. I’ve started doing some of the stuff you talked about with me being the “alpha dog” and the main (surprising) thing I’ve noticed is that the boy dogs have stopped marking everywhere. It used to be a pee fest on my front veranda as I have a column outside the front door and they lined up to pee on it but its been at least a week now! Long may that continue. Thanks again. - Lesley

I thought the seminar was all the things you aimed for- ie useful, informative and not too serious. Since I have been home the dogs have been almost perfect - its as if they attended the course! The Jack Russell comes rushing in every time he is called for a cat biscuit reward and Pud did not disturb us until we got up at 7am this morning having been shouted at ‘in normal tone’ of course yesterday when she wanted breakfast earlier.
